Butcher & Salespeople Wanted

Come and work for one of Sydney’s best meat retailers, Craig Cook, The Natural Butcher. We are hiring across our three Newcastle stores—Marketown, Charlestown and Kotara.

Experienced Butcher or Sausage Maker

We are seeking an experienced butcher or sausage maker to join our team to work 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing, cutting and presenting premium meats to a high standard

- Providing excellent customer service

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

- Assisting with general butcher shop operations

The successful applicant will have experience preparing quality sausages and other value-added meat products. Days and hours are flexible and can be discussed.

Sales and Food Preparation Staff

We are also hiring enthusiastic Sales and Food Preparation Staff,



including applicants available for weekend work.

Responsibilities may include:

- Serving customers and providing friendly service

- Preparing and packaging products

- Restocking and maintaining displays

- General food preparation

- Keeping the shop clean and organised

Previous retail or food preparation experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided to the right applicants.
