Ozcare has a full-time position available for a Registered Nurse supporting our clients at our beautiful Sarina Aged Care Facility.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse you will be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

- Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plan
- Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
- Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
- Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

Role Requirements

- Be vaccinated against Influenza & have at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current CPR Certificate
- The flexibility to work a wide-ranging roster including night and weekend shifts
- Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Good computer & mobile device skills
