What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll be working across a mix of:

- Electrical maintenance and breakdowns

- Installations and upgrades

- Fault finding (the kind that actually makes you think)

- Site infrastructure, housing and community assets

One day you might be chasing a tricky fault, the next you’re installing gear or keeping critical services running. It’s real work that matters.

What we’re looking for

- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Strong experience in maintenance, installs and fault finding

- Solid understanding of safety, compliance and Australian Standards

- Ability to work independently and in a small team

- Positive attitude, reliable, and gets the job done without being chased





- Current driver’s licence

Nice to have (but not essential)

- HR Licence (handy out here — you won’t just be driving to Bunnings)

- Experience in remote, FIFO or community-based work

- Tickets such as CPR/LVR, Working at Heights, EWP, confined space

- Exposure to generators, solar, air con or pumps
