About the Role

As Store Manager / Sales Leader, you will:

- Lead from the front in a high-performing retail showroom

- Drive sales performance and exceed store targets

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Coach, motivate, and develop your sales team

- Build strong relationships with customers and repeat clients

- Manage store operations, KPIs, and daily performance

- Create an energetic, positive, and results-driven culture

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys both selling and leading.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

- Has proven retail sales leadership experience

- Is highly motivated and target-driven

- Leads by example with energy and professionalism

- Has strong communication and people skills

- Can coach and develop a sales team

- Is organised, reliable, and accountable

- Enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment

- Has a passion for fitness, health, or customer engagement (preferred but not essential)

Important Availability Requirements

Retail weekends are where the action happens. Saturdays and Sundays are essential working days within this role, as they are our busiest trading periods and provide the greatest opportunity to maximise commission earnings.
