Finance and Administration Officer

Carclew is the home of youth arts and creativity. It connects all children and young people to a world of creative possibilities, as artists, learners and audiences. As Australia’s largest multi-artform cultural institution dedicated to children and young people, Carclew is a vital part of Australia’s youth arts and arts sector.

Carclew, with a more than 50-year legacy, works to amplify and elevate the youth arts sector across Adelaide, South Australia and nationally.

We’re looking for an experienced Finance and Administration Officer (ASO4, 1.0 FTE) to join our Finance and Corporate Services Team. If you’re as passionate about delivering high- quality financial and business support and enjoy working in a creative, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Finance and Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of Carclew. Working across finance, administration and corporate services, you’ll help ensure our financial processes, business systems and facilities operate efficiently, enabling our artists, staff and partners to deliver inspiring opportunities for children and young people.

You’ll bring experience in financial administration, procurement and business support, together with excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy working across a diverse range of responsibilities, building productive relationships, solving problems and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work.
