About the role
As a Capital Equipment Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a WA based territory, focusing on capital equipment sales across a range of industrial customers.
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role, where understanding customer needs and delivering the right solution is key to long-term success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a defined WA territory
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities and converting them into sales
- Working with distributor partners to support mutual growth
- Using CRM tools to plan, track and manage your pipeline
- Providing solutions based on customer needs and product knowledge
Who would this role suit?
- Experienced technical or industrial sales professionals looking to own and grow a territory selling Capital Equipment.
- Account Managers or BDMs selling into industrial, trade or equipment markets
- For the Technically minded (degree or trade) with hands-on equipment knowledge and a passion for selling solutions (e.g. air compressors)
What you’ll bring
- Experience in technical, industrial or equipment-based sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach to territory management
- Confidence using CRM and sales tools
- Ability to travel within WA for customer visits
- Highly regarded but not essential: Engineering qualifications or technical background practical knowledge and commercial ability are key
