About the Roles

- We are looking for experienced Assistant Managers, Department Managers and Shift Managers

- full time work available

Duties and Responsibilities

- Managing the shift crew and operations

- Daily control of stock to run the restaurant efficiently.

- Daily opportunity to work with crew and their development

- Opening and closing the restaurant at different times

Skills & Experience

- The successful applicant should:

- Have McDonald's Shift or Department Management and above experience >3years

- Hold as a minimum McDonald's LTS/ or equivalent qualifications preferred,





- Have a customer focused attitude

- Be results driven & people focused.

- Have high standards in the areas of Quality, Service & Cleanliness.

- Have the right work approvals

- Feel that they can work with an established team & lead crew that are focused on delivery of McDonald's Standards, Sales & Growth & Profits

- Available to work shifts 24/7 and a willingness to grow within the company and further develop skills. both of our restaurants are or will open 24/7, with self delivery operating from both.
