About The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as Restaurant Team Members, working in either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work alongside a great team, keep the energy high, and help create memorable experiences for our guests. No previous experience is required, with full training provided on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include:

Front Of House (FOH)

Welcoming guests and delivering friendly, efficient serviceTaking orders and packing meals accuratelySupporting service flow during busy periodsMaintaining cleanliness across counters, dining areas and guest spacesFollowing WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents

Back Of House (BOH)

Preparing menu items such as burgers, rolls, salads and fried productsCooking freezer-to-fryer items in line with safety and quality standardsMaintaining cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and prep areasWashing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipmentFollowing WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents

Charcoal Cook

Setting up and operating the charcoal pit safely and correctlyCooking and basting charcoal chicken to El Jannah recipe and quality standardsPortioning, rotating,



and preparing chicken for serviceMonitoring cook times, temperatures, and product qualityKeeping the charcoal station, tools, and surrounding areas clean and organisedSupporting service flow during busy periodsFollowing food safety, WHS requirements, and reporting hazards or incidentsWorking closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience

Dishwasher / Kitchen Support

Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipmentOperating dishwashing equipment safely and correctlyKeeping dishwashing, kitchen, and waste areas clean and organisedSupporting food prep and service teams by ensuring clean equipment is always availableAssisting with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as requiredFollowing food safety and WHS requirements at all timesReporting hazards, faults, or incidents to the manager on dutySupporting smooth service flow during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to learn and follow proceduresAttention to detail and pride in quality workAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentA team-first mindset with respectful communicationAvailability to work versatile rosters, including evenings and weekendsPrevious fast food or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
