The Opportunity
This is a full-time role for someone who loves working with people, thrives on achieving results, and wants to be part of a professional, supportive dealership environment.
You'll work with a solid mix of new and quality used vehicles, supported by experienced leadership, solid systems, and a steady flow of enquiries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and delivering a standout, sales experience
- Managing enquiries across showroom, phone and digital leads
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and ownership solution
- Negotiating and closing deals with confidence and integrity
- Managing vehicle deliveries and memorable handovers
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline follow-up
- Working closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales to maximise customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
- Previous experience in any sales role is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, reliable and professional
- Customer-first mindset
- Current driver's licence
- Availability to work Saturdays (with RDOs provided through the week)
- Applicants must have Australian work rights with all work visas accepted
