We are looking for passionate chefs from Sous chefs to Chef De Partie, to join our well-established team at Crafty’s Sports Bar Harbour Town. Crafty’s is an established brand in its unique offering in a fun casual category, delivering some of the best premium casual fare and guest experience on the Gold Coast. This role will suit someone who is committed to food and positive kitchens, and wants to take their career to higher level.

The Roles:

- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume, pub style environment with a strong focus on delivering consistently high standards through every service

- Help create and maintain a positive work setting of learning and professionalism

- Carry out any other related duties as directed by the senior members of the kitchen staff

- Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge about all food products

- Comply with all the established venues operational policies & procedures

- Know how to work hard and have fun!!





To be successful you must have:

- Experience thriving in a fast paced kitchen environment

- Be able to work a flexible roster- Weekends are Key

- Resilient, quick thinking & positive attitude

- The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace

- A want to learn and develop new skills
