We’re looking for a Junior Spatial Analyst to help design and deliver practical, user-focused geospatial solutions within the vegetation and asset management industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career GIS qualified looking to build their skills across spatial analysis, web mapping, mobile data collection, and business systems. You'll work alongside experienced GIS professionals while supporting projects that have a real impact on field operations and decision-making.

Duties:
- Design and build spatial solutions using ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS
- Configure and support field data collection using ArcGIS Field Maps and Survey123
- Develop web maps, dashboards, and lightweight applications to support operational teams
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Help troubleshoot spatial issues and support internal users
- Maintain and improve existing apps and workflows
Skills & Experience:
- A degree in GIS, geography, IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Graduates and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with GIS concepts and desktop GIS applications such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS
- Understanding of spatial data, mapping principles, and data management concepts
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- (desirable) exposure to Python, SQL, FME or Arcade
