The Tame Fox is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team in Erina, NSW, 2250. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional food to our customers in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The position is a full time role. We are offering the suitable candidate a base salary of $75000-83000 plus superannuation for full-time position with at least 38 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

1. Executing the menu to the highest quality standards

2. Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating innovative, flavourful dishes

3. Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen setting

4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery

5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

6. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

7. Contributing to the development of new menu items and specials

What we're looking for:

1. Minimum 1 year of full-time or equivalent experience as a Chef in similar restaurants or cafe

2. Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management

3.



Strong knowledge of variety of modern Australian cuisine and cooking techniques

4. Excellent time management and multitasking skills

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

7. Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

8. Food safety and hygiene certification
