Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a range of projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work and steady growth, they are now seeking a Site Supervisor to join the team. This role is suited to both experienced Supervisors and those ready to step up into their first supervisory position.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and play a key part in delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

The Role

- Supervising daily site operations across commercial projects
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
- Monitoring programme timelines and site progress
- Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
- Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
- Conducting site inspections and resolving on-site issues
- Managing site records and reporting requirements
- Attending site meetings with clients and stakeholders

Requirements





- Previous experience in commercial construction, ideally in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
- Trades looking to step into a supervisory position and grow their career
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades
- Reliable, organised and confident taking ownership on site
- Current driver's license
- Construction White Card
- Full Australian Working Rights
