Provide Clinical Physiotherapy services to paediatric patients and families within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service as part of a team of physiotherapists and within a multi-disciplinary team.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Physiotherapist (Paediatrics) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-solid team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Deliver quality physiotherapy clinical services across a paediatric caseload
- Work flexibly across all caseloads within the service area in which the position is located
- Accurately and concisely record all patient interaction as well as workload measurement statistics
- Provide student education and clinical practice supervision for less experienced practitioners
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Temporary part time (up to 12 months, 60.8 hours per fortnight)
- Base salary ranging from $40.35 - $58.59 per hour
