Base Salary from $76,600 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group wide discounts

We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Eureka Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.

Located in the heart of Salisbury (a mere seconds from the local train station), The Eureka Tavern is a local favorite known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality bistro dining, and family-friendly service. We pride ourselves on being the go-to destination for outstanding value meals and a welcoming environment.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager

Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

Inherent Requirements

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block,



and maybe already done some supervisingYou’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step upYou’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is awayYou’ve got a current RSA, RSG/RCG and RP Badge as per state requirements
