Key responsibilities

- Generate necessary documentation and co-ordinate with Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements

- Processes import shipments and receipts goods into our WMS system in accordance with our goods receipt process

- Liaise with freight forwarders and customers alike to coordinate bookings for both deliveries and outbound shipments

- Coordinate the activities of 3rd party logistics providers to ensure orders are dispatched,



replenishments completed, and inbound shipments are processed in a timely manner

Who are we looking for

- Attention to detail, and the ability to easily follow processes

- Team player, with a flexible and collaborative approach

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure

- Proactive, positive attitude, with a solution focused approach

- Microsoft Office Suite experience

- ERP or WMS systems experience preferred but not essential
