We're looking for an experienced, energetic and customer focused person to join our family owned business as an Experienced Sales Person.

Maybe you have been selling cars? Maybe you have worked in real estate? Retail sales in Harvey Norman or other competitive sales environments? Maybe you have a passion for people and caravanning and have life experience?

We sell as a team, This role would suit someone who wants a career - not just another job.

What the role looks like:

- Helping our customers find the right caravan for their adventures

- Supporting the Dealer Principal in leading the sales process from first enquiry through to handover

- Present caravans professionally in person and online

- Working with the team to keep the dealership looking sharp and welcoming

- Following up customers and providing personalised communication throughout their caravan journey

- Build long-term customer relationships and deliver exceptional service

The details:

- Full time permanent employment

- 5 days per week (Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm)

- Approx. 3 Saturdays per month (9:30am–12:30pm)

- Ongoing support and upskilling provided

- Sales of Caravans (New and Pre Owned)





- Follow Road to a Sale Process

- OTE $90,000 - $110,000 p.a. gross (or more!) achievable including commissions ($65,000 Base)

- Commission on caravan sales completed

- 4 weeks annual leave

- Annual close down period over Christmas

- Genuine opportunity to grow & learn!

You might be perfect for this role if you:

- Have experience in selling caravans

- Are confident talking to people

- Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic

- Enjoy being part of a team

- Are organised and motivated

- Have excellent communication skills

- Have used CRM and inventory systems

- Pay attention to detail

- Hold a current driver’s licence

Bonus points if you:

- Have led people

- Enjoy camping, travel or the outdoors

- Have experience around caravans, camper trailers or motorhomes

- Aren’t afraid to jump in front of a camera

- Hold a forklift licence (yes, really)
