Wonganella Constructions is a diverse construction company, specialising in commercial steel buildings, structural steel erection, and various forms of cladding. Our services include civil works, light fabrication and installation through to final fit-out.

Our well-established Barossa based company requires an experienced tradesperson with a strong knowledge of light weight cladding materials, roofing, general construction practices and all-round trade knowledge to join a dynamic team.

Applicants should be experienced within the construction industry. Opportunities to grow and train in the trade-based industry. Attractive rates with overtime opportunities and monthly RDOs. Full time will be considered for the right applicant.

The successful candidate would be required to participate in cladding, roofing, steel erection and general construction duties. Working at heights and physical labour will be involved.

Job Requirements;

- Roof and wall cladding (CGI, Kliplok, FC sheeting, etc)

- Roof plumbing experience is favourable

- All round construction skills set

- Steel erection / rigging

- Shed construction

- Understanding of client quality requirements

- Concreting and Formwork





- General on-site construction and labouring duties to be carried out

- Own transport

- Work safely and reliably

- Commitment to WWH/OH&S;/Worksafe policies and procedures in all work being carried out.

Required Qualifications are:

- Construction Card (White/Blue Card)

- Drivers Licence

- Work Safely at Heights Certificate

- EWP yellow card minimum

Favourable (not mandatory) qualifications are:

- HRWL: EWP over 11m (WP)

- HRWL: Dogging (DG)

- HRWL: Forklift (LF)

- HR Licence

Valid ABN required for all Sub-Contractors applying for this role.

Above award rates will be provided to the right candidate based upon skill and level of experience.
