Mandalay Holiday Resort is a well established family owned and operated, award winning Tourism Resort located in Busselton, WA.

We are focused on making life long memories for our guests and are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, friendly, hard working person to help us.

Joining our team of ground staff, this full time all rounder position involves all aspects of gardening, maintenance, painting and handyman skills, and also includes providing friendly customer service to guests.

The successful applicant will show a patient, friendly and pleasant manner to deal with the public, whilst also having a handyman/maintenance or trade quality skills background.

Some of the roles or requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain a positive standard of repair throughout the property, both inside and externally.

- Maintenance of gardening equipment and any other specialised tools and implements.

- Responsible for watering and maintaining lawns.





- Responsible for ensuring all plant and equipment are regularly maintained as per schedule.

- Assisting with business improvements / developments as directed by the managers.

- Assisting guest with parking caravans and trailers (directing them).

- Responsible to help protect the health welfare and safety of all employees and customers by identifying and rectifying issues, working in a safe manner with safe work practices.

- Required to be flexible with duties and assist other areas of the business such as cleaners as and when required.

The successful applicant must be available to work on a roster system which includes weekends and public holidays, 5 days a week on average.
