What you'll be doing
Listing and selling across Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast
- Running your own appraisals, campaigns, and auctions end to end
- Managing vendors through the campaign, including the hard conversations about price
- Prospecting and building your own patch
Saturdays are part of the job. Open homes don't run themselves.
What we're looking for
A current NSW real estate licence or certificate of registration
- A track record of winning listings, and the numbers to back it up
- Straight talk with vendors, especially on price
- The discipline to prospect when nobody is watching
- A driver's licence and a reliable car
