The Opportunity...

Sweep up in a role that offers variety of scenery, some independent work time and opportunities for overtime! We are seeking reliable and energetic people for the position of Road & Site Sweeper Operator. They will work from the depot at Maddington, WA, and travel to other suburban areas as required by our customer needs.

The candidates will report to the Branch Manager.

Persons with solid truck experience, or dual steering know-how are also welcome to apply. But if you have no sweeping experience? All good, we can train you!

Due to continuing growth, we are looking for Road & Site Sweeper Operators who can show their stuff as prompt, effective and safety focussed drivers in both Day and Nightshifts. A number of roles are currently being offered … so join us on the journey!

Main Responsibilities of the Role





- Performing of all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled

- Performing any general labouring duties as required

- Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers

- The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites where required

- Performing all required start-up, wash-down, end of shift, and routine maintenance procedures

- Delivering sweeper services on morning and night shifts

To be great at this role, you must:

- Have a current MR license or higher

- White Card

- Have minimum of 1-3 years truck driving experience or if no/minimal experience, bring a willingness to be trained

- Be willing to work varied & flexible hours, including overtime & weekend work - essential criteria

- Be able to work independently & use sound judgement whilst keeping a company driven focus

- Bring strong practical time management

- Be able to use your sound map/navigating skills on the road

- Have the ability to follow instructions and comply with safe work methods

- Have the ability to work and learn in a team environment, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with teammates.

- Are willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, including a drug & alcohol screen
