With our brand-new commercial kitchen now open and a refreshed food and beverage offering receiving fantastic feedback from our guests, we're continuing to expand our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join one of the Central Coast's most recognised hotels.

- FOH (Bistro) Attendants

- Bar & Gaming Attendants

- Bottle-shop Attendant

FOH (Bistro) Attendant

We're looking for energetic hospitality professionals who enjoy creating memorable dining experiences within a busy pub bistro environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and professional table service

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Operate POS systems

- Run meals and beverages efficiently

- Transparent and reset dining areas

- Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness

- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams

- Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred





- Excellent communication skills

- Friendly, positive and reliable attitude

- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexible availability including nights and weekends

- Current RSA (desirable)

Bar & Gaming Attendant

A wide-ranging role working across our public bar, lounge and gaming areas, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining responsible service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve beverages efficiently and professionally

- Operate gaming areas in accordance with venue procedures

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences

- Maintain gaming and bar presentation

- Process POS and cash transactions

- Monitor RSA and Responsible Conduct of Gambling compliance

- Assist throughout the venue during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Previous bar and/or gaming experience preferred

- Current RSA & RCG (essential)

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong work ethic and team focus

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment

- Flexible availability

Bottle-shop Attendant

Join our Bottle-shop team delivering friendly service and expert product knowledge while maintaining a clean, organised retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service

- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations





- Process sales through POS

- Replenish stock and merchandise displays

- Receive deliveries and rotate stock

- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness

- Ensure compliance with RSA legislation

- Assist with promotional displays and stock control

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail, liquor or hospitality experience preferred

- Passion for customer service

- Reliable and self-motivated

- Ability to lift and move stock safely

- Current RSA (essential)

- Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
