About the role

You'll be responsible for servicing residential swimming pools and spas across metropolitan Adelaide while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include:

- Regular pool and spa maintenance

- Water testing and chemical balancing

- Diagnosing equipment faults

- Repairing and installing pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and automation systems





- Filter media replacements

- Equipment upgrades and plumbing repairs

- Preparing customer quotes where required

- Maintaining accurate service records

- Providing professional advice to customers

About you

To be successful you'll have:

- Previous experience servicing swimming pools

- Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry

- Experience with equipment including Zodiac, AstralPool, Waterco, Davey, Hayward or similar brands

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service

- Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload

- A positive attitude and pride in your workmanship

Highly regarded:

- SPASA qualifications

- Plumbing, electrical or trade background

- Experience with automation systems and heat pumps
