We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We offer a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team that works hard to create a safe, home‑like environment.

Location & General Information

- Location: Emmaus Village - Kemps Creek
- Casual Opportunities
- Pay rate – $38.00 per hour plus casual loading and superannuation
- Not‑for‑profit employer – lower tax burden

Responsibilities

- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting day‑to‑day tasks such as eating and social activities
- Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to optimise residents’ health and wellbeing
- Providing high quality service to families and the community

Requirements

- A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Preference for PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies




- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
