We’re looking for an experienced and motivated team member to join our busy Trinity Beach Kebab Shop in Trinity Beach. This is a full-time position suited to someone who already has experience working in a kebab shop and can confidently manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Prepare kebabs, snack packs, burgers, wraps and other menu items to a high standard.
- ⁠ ⁠Complete daily food preparation and maintain food safety standards.
- ⁠ ⁠Open and close the store.
- ⁠ ⁠Serve customers and operate the POS system.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage and prepare Uber Eats orders efficiently.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels, rotate stock and assist with ordering.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and customer area.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the business and lead shifts when required.

About You

- ⁠ ⁠Previous experience working in a kebab shop is essential.
- ⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and take initiative.

- ⁠ ⁠Reliable, punctual and skilled.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- ⁠ ⁠High standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- ⁠ ⁠Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- ⁠ ⁠Valid Australian work rights.
