Mortgage Broker Trainee

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced Mortgage Brokers, receiving hands-on training and mentoring while learning every aspect of the mortgage broking industry. You'll also complete your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, fully supported by our team.

During your traineeship, you will:

- Assist clients with their home loan enquiries.

- Learn how to assess lending scenarios and recommend suitable loan solutions.

- Support clients throughout the application, approval and settlement process.

- Gain experience across our full range of property services, including home loans, buyer's agents and conveyancing.





- Build relationships with clients and referral partners within the local community.

- Develop the skills and knowledge required to become a fully accredited Mortgage Broker.

Experienced Mortgage Brokers

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about helping people achieve their property goals.

- Motivated to build a successful long-term career.

- Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with clients.

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Experienced in sales, customer service, banking, real estate or administration (preferred but not essential for trainees).

- Willing to complete a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (trainees).

- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rights.
