Skillinvest is seeking a reliable and hardworking Civil Labourer & Plant Operator for an exciting opportunity based in Horsham. This hands-on role combines civil labouring and plant operation duties across a variety of construction and infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the civil construction industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Perform general civil labouring duties including excavation support, trenching, site preparation, concreting, and maintenance works
- Operate a variety of civil plant and equipment including excavators, loaders, rollers, and skid steers
- Assist with construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure
- Complete pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and work effectively within a team
IS THIS YOU?
- HR Truck Licence (current drivers licence at minimum)
- Construction Induction White Card
- Plant Machinery Competencies (preferred)
- Previous experience in civil construction, labouring, or plant operations
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks
