Deliver quality ICT services by maintaining and improving the IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and processes to provide exceptional services to all end users within Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) on a rotational basis.
ICT Client Services Support Officer
Limited Tenure for 3 months
Based in North-West Tasmania
Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications from passionate and experienced candidates that can support the provision and delivery of ICT services to our teams.
As Client Services - Support Officer, you will be:
Resolving ICT service requests and incidents on first contact. Prioritising and escalating ICT service requests as required within agreed timeframes. Contributing to the development, implementation, maintenance and review of systems, policies, procedures and practices necessary for the efficient and effective administrative operations of the team. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
Certificate III in ICT or equivalent relevant experience.
Work experience providing a variety of ICT services and support to diverse users. Able to resolve routine problems and diagnostic skills to resolve complex problems related to data, equipment or systems.
