Ongoing Full time About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service (NARS) is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation care that supports consumers across the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network to achieve their rehabilitation goals and maximise their independence. As our Senior Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our rehabilitation services.

Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-level administrative support across a diverse range of outpatient and community programs, including the Day Rehabilitation Service, Rehabilitation in the Home, the Northern Pain Rehabilitation Service, and a variety of specialist outpatient clinics. This position is based at Modbury, primarily within the Specialist Ambulatory and Rehabilitation Centre (SpARC) and the VIVA building, located adjacent to Modbury Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a service that has a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our community while working in a collaborative and rewarding healthcare environment.

What You'll Be Doing Providing high-level administrative support to the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team, coordinating scheduling, patient correspondence, and clinical documentation workflows Proving a friendly reception environment to welcome patients, check them in to their appointment, and answer queries Acting as a key liaison between clinicians, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information flows across the unit Overseeing data entry and reporting within SA Health's clinical systems, maintaining accuracy and compliance with NALHN protocols Supporting junior administration staff with day-to-day guidance and quality-checking of outputs

What You'll Bring Proven experience in a senior or lead administration role, ideally within a health or community services setting Strong proficiency with clinical or patient information systems

- familiarity with SA Health platforms such as Sunrise is an advantage specific to this setting





Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and composure in a busy setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across multidisciplinary teams A sound understanding of confidentiality requirements and health records legislation Experience supervising or mentoring administration colleagues About You: You will be joining a dynamic and expanding Local Health Network that is committed to delivering contemporary, innovative and high-quality health services within contemporary facilities.
