Casotti Plumbers' is seeking a Full Time Scheduling & Administration Officer to join our team in Wangara for 7 weeks commencing immediately. The role is 5 days per week. In this shared role, you will be responsible for coordinating our plumbers' daily schedules and supporting our administrative operations. This is an exciting prospect for someone with experience in this field. This person will contribute to the smooth running of our well-established plumbing company.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the daily scheduling and dispatching of our team of plumbers to customer sites
- Liaise with customers to book appointments and provide updates on job status
- Maintain detailed records of job details and parts used on each task
- Assist with general administrative duties such as invoicing, filing and data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service to both our plumbers and clients
- Support the broader administrative functions of the business as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a scheduling, administrative or customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
