Medical Receptionist – Casual / Part-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced medical receptionist to join our well-established General Practice located Central Gold Coast.

We are looking for a casual or part time receptionist for approximately 20+ hours per week. This would include occasional Saturday work and flexibility for more hours to cover upcoming planned leave and sick leave.

Essential Skills we are looking for include:

- At least 1 year in General Practice

- Experience using Best Practice

- Excellent communication and telephone skills.

- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

- Proven ability to prioritize and handle both face-to-face and phone enquires

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.

An hourly pay rate will apply, in accordance with the Health Professionals & Support Services Award.
