ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a 7/7 dayshift roster.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will lead a team of skilled tradespeople. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, a focus on compliance and safety, and the ability to build trust and drive performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
To be successful in this role, you will have, or be willing to obtain, the following:

- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Diesel Fitter, Fitter & Turner, Mechanical Fitter, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or similar)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within maintenance, mining or heavy industry (onsite or relevant offsite experience considered)
- Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
- Current S1, S2,



S3 and G2 Supervisor Qualifications
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen

Desirable

- Remove and fit tyres
- Vehicle compliance
- Break testing

The successful candidate will be an experienced maintenance qualified with a proven track record of managing operations and maintenance teams within the mining sector. They will be confident allocating costs, planning service schedules, and ensuring all maintenance activities meet site-specific and legislative standards.
