Synergy Pharmacy Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Registered Pharmacist to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Fulham Day & Night.

This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist looking for consistent permanent shifts in a friendly, community-focused environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a pharmacist who is available to work:

- One weekday per week (preferably Tuesday or Wednesday)

- Every Sunday

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional pharmacy services and exceptional customer care.

- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

- Deliver medication counselling and health advice.

- Administer vaccinations (or be willing to obtain accreditation).

- Conduct professional services including MedsChecks where appropriate.

- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and dispensary staff.

- Ensure compliance with all professional and legislative requirements.

About You





To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for community pharmacy.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Vaccination accreditation (desirable but not essential).

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
