Service Advisor – Masc

Location: Bassendean, WA Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm Pay: $35 – $38 per hour (based on experience) Job type: Full-time

About the Role

Masc is a mechanical service centre, and we're looking for a bubbly, positive, and organised Service Advisor to support our front office. You'll work alongside and assist the Centre Manager, acting as the link between our customers and our technicians — covering front desk and reception duties, customer service, parts ordering, quoting, and invoicing. We have a number of long-term clients, and you'll be trained up and gradually build those relationships as you settle into the role. Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not essential — full training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing





Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk Answering phones and managing general reception duties Booking vehicles in for service and repair Liaising between customers and technicians on job status and required work Preparing and explaining quotes to customers, and obtaining approval before work proceeds Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers Preparing and processing invoices Following up with customers on vehicle progress and completion Maintaining customer and vehicle service records Providing friendly, high-quality customer service

What We're Looking For

A bubbly, positive, can-do attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with basic admin, invoicing, and computer systems Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not necessary — we'll train the right person

What's on Offer

$35–$38 per hour Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm — no weekends Full training provided Supportive, friendly team workplace
