Our client is a South Australian engineering and steel fabrication company delivering high-quality structural steel, architectural metalwork, and custom fabrication solutions across commercial and industrial projects. Duer to an increase in production, we are seeking experienced and motivated Boilermaker/Welders to join their growing team both onsite and in their workshop.

As a Boilermaker/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding a variety of structural steel and metal components to the highest quality standards. This role involves both workshop-based fabrication and on-site installation work.

- Full-time, stable employment. Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4pm for workshop and anywhere from 6am up until 5pm for site. Some Saturdays available.

Key responsibilities:

- Fabricate, assemble, and weld structural steel and metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and specifications.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to a high standard.
- Cut, shape, fit, and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Carry out repairs and modifications to fabricated steel components.
- Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and project specifications.
- Assist with the installation of fabricated steelwork on commercial and industrial sites.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively within a team to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator or equivalent.
- For site Boilermaker/Welders,



a white card as a minimum is required. Desired: High Risk WP & Working at Heights. Dogmans or rigging ticket highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.
- Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG and Stick welding experience desirable).
- Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence.
- White Card and forklift licence are advantageous but not essential.
