The Opportunity

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by building strong relationships with landlords and investors, identifying new opportunities, and converting leads into long-term managements.

You will have the backing of an established brand, strong industry reputation, and a supportive team environment, while still having the freedom and autonomy to implement your own business development strategies and manage your day your way.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and securing new property management opportunities
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with landlords,



investors, and key stakeholders
- Managing the process from initial enquiry through to successful handover with the Property Management team
- Networking and proactively generating new business opportunities
- Providing a high level of service and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team
