As part of a small, close-knit warehouse team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time while supporting our sales and service departments.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and processing incoming goods using our ERP system

- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control

- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch

- Booking freight and coordinating deliveries with transport providers

- Maintaining accurate freight and dispatch records

- Assisting the Sales and Service teams with warehouse and stock enquiries

- Performing stock replenishment and stock takes

- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and protected





- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll have:

- A current Australian Driver's Licence

- The ability and willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems

- The ability to prioritise work when things change throughout the day

- A reliable work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Experience in warehousing or logistics

- Basic computer hardware staging or setup experience

- Previous experience using an ERP or inventory management system
