The Company

We are partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to appoint a Shift Manager at a key production site in regional Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader to step into a pivotal role driving performance, people leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of an entire shift, leading approximately 15–17 staff while ensuring production, quality, safety and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day shift operations across production, quality, maintenance and sanitation
- Ensure production targets are met through effective planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Drive a robust safety culture through proactive hazard management and safety walks
- Coach, develop and manage team performance across a team of 15–17 staff




- Ensure GMP, HACCP and food safety standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement

About You:

- Proven experience in a Shift Manager / Production Supervisor role within food or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong understanding of dairy or food processing environments highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to lead and engage teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
