We are seeking a motivated results driven, passionate Account Manager to join our growing Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing business.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional customer service, strong client relationships, and account growth. You will coordinate customer projects from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing multiple customer accounts and maintaining regular communication regarding orders, projects, and business opportunities.

- Generating and converting sales opportunities through proactive account management, quotation follow-up, and identification of new business opportunities.

- Preparing quotations, negotiating outcomes, and driving quote-to-order conversion rates to achieve sales targets.

- Growing account revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and developing long-term customer partnerships.

- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, gross profit, quote conversion rates, customer retention, response times, and account growth.

- Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate management of customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

- Collaborating with QA, R&D;, Production,



Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinating specifications, artwork approvals, samples, and new product development activities.

- Proactively managing customer expectations by communicating potential delays and providing timely solutions.

- Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.

- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

- Achieving individual and team sales revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Performance Measures (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

- Monthly and annual sales revenue achievement.

- Quote conversion rates and new business wins.

- Gross profit and account growth.

- Customer retention and satisfaction levels.

- Accuracy of sales orders and customer documentation.
