The Role
Working within a highly skilled production team, you'll be responsible for operating advanced CNC Mill/Turn machines to manufacture precision components.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating CNC Mill/Turn machines
- Loading and unloading components
- Monitoring machining operations and performing basic offsets where required
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Conducting quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Completing production documentation
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience operating CNC machines within a manufacturing environment
- Is eager and confident to learn Mill/Turn machining technology
- Can read engineering drawings and follow work instructions
- Has experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is reliable and committed to workplace safety
Previous Mill/Turn experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for candidates who have solid CNC experience and the right attitude to learn.
