We are seeking a vibrant Associate Recruitment Consultant to contribute to the continued success of our Perth office. In this role, you will work alongside a senior consultant, providing high-level support and assisting in sourcing top-tier talent for the mining industry, whilst learning the role of a recruitment consultant.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with key clients to meet their skills demand on site
- Proactively networking to source quality candidate options
- Rolling out candidate attraction strategies for your priority roles
- Regular video interviews and developing "decision ready" candidates for clients
- Generating temp starters in the CRM (Bullhorn)
- Managing a contract portfolio and their safety compliance
- Assisting senior consultants with leads as they present
You’ll need to have
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, retail, or recruitment role
- Solid IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Strong desire to excel in the recruitment industry
- Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
- A high level of initiative and drive
- An outgoing and bubbly personality
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
