The Role

We are looking for a motivated technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and hands-on work. In this role, you will be the go-to expert keeping some of South Australia's busiest quick service restaurants operating at their best. Each day brings something new, from repairing a soft serve machine in a fast-paced restaurant to installing new equipment in a national brand outlet or café.

You will join a skilled and supportive service team that takes pride in high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Attending service calls across metro Adelaide and occasionally regional areas in a company-provided vehicle

- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of catering and foodservice equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, toasters, dishwashers, ice machines, soft serve machines, fridges, and freezers





- Supporting installation and commissioning of new catering equipment

- Participating in programmed and preventative maintenance schedules

- Joining a rotating on-call roster to assist with urgent after-hours jobs

What You'll Bring

- Relevant trade qualification or licence such as Refrigeration Mechanic or Electrician

- Previous experience in commercial catering-equipment service preferred, but full training provided

- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong customer-service focus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites

- Unrestricted Australian work rights are required for this position
