We are a small boutique accounting practice based in Ascot, seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. We provide a full range of qualified services, including accounting, taxation, bookkeeping and business advisory services.
You must be a self-starter, confident working on your own, able to seek solutions to issues as they arise, but ask for help where needed. Excellent computer software skills essential.
We are a family-friendly office, offering a permanent part-time position of 15 hours per week, working Tuesdays to Thursdays.
The role
- ASIC compliance
- Document management
- General admin, filing and scanning duties
- Assistant to the Principal Accountant
- Small bookkeeping tasks
- Workflow management
The successful candidate will have
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook and general computer skills
- A willingness to undertake training when required
