As our training continues to grow, we're seeking motivated First Aid Trainer & Assessors to deliver courses throughout Cairns and surrounding areas.

The Role
As a First Aid Trainer & Assessor, you will:
- Deliver engaging, nationally recognised First Aid and CPR courses.
- Create an enjoyable, hands-on learning environment.
- Assess student competency and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Represent a respected national training organisation with professionalism.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while being supported by an experienced operations team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered,
you must have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current Driver Licence.
- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends.
Highly Regarded
The following qualifications and experience will be highly regarded:
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
