You'll be joining a business that continues to grow across the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW markets, supported by one of the region's strongest commercial property management teams. Our high-performing Property Management division generates ongoing client relationships, market intelligence and referral opportunities, allowing our sales and leasing team to focus on what they do best, building relationships and closing deals.

About the Role

As a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Prospecting and securing new sales and leasing opportunities.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors and tenants.

- Managing sales and leasing campaigns from listing through to settlement or lease commencement.

- Negotiating commercial sales and lease transactions across industrial, retail, office and development assets.

- Providing strategic advice and market knowledge to clients.





- Working collaboratively with our Property Management team to maximise client outcomes and identify new business opportunities.

- Growing your personal brand while contributing to the continued success of the wider commercial team.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in commercial sales and/or leasing.

- A proven ability to generate listings and build long-term client relationships.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Strong business development and prospecting ability.

- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation.

- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
