General Manager | Goulburn | Full time Permanent
An established business operating within the construction and outdoor living manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its regional sales, distribution and operational hub in Goulburn.
This is a critical leadership position with full responsibility for commercial performance, operational excellence, dealer engagement, team leadership and P&L; outcomes. You will oversee sales, logistics, customer service, warranty operations and distribution activities while driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the region.
About the RoleReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with dealer partners to ensure operational efficiency, revenue growth and exceptional customer service outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:Lead regional sales and commercial strategy executionDrive revenue growth, market share and dealer performanceDevelop strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholdersManage distribution, logistics, fleet operations and service deliveryEnsure delivery schedules, quality standards and customer expectations are metOversee customer service,



warranty and operational functionsManage regional budgets and full P&L; performanceUse CRM and operational data to drive decision making and business improvementsBuild a strong safety culture and ensure WHS complianceLead, coach and develop high-performing teamsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
To be successful you will bring:Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership roleMinimum 2 years' experience with full P&L; accountabilityStrong sales, commercial and operational leadership experienceExperience managing distribution, logistics or supply chain operationsProven success working within dealer, channel or B2B networksStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong understanding of WHS and compliance requirementsExperience using ERP and CRM systemsStrong commercial acumen and analytical capability
