Founded in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning (“MindChamps”) is a pioneering global early childhood education organisation with 86 centres operating across Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate early childhood professionals to join our close-knit and supportive team at our Shellharbour centre and Albion Park centre, NSW.

We currently have exciting full-time opportunities available for:

- Certificate III Educators

- Inclusion Support Educator (ISS)

- Diploma Qualified Educators

- Diploma Room Leaders

- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Room Leader

Your role as an Early Childhood Educator

As part of the MindChamps team, you will play an important role in creating inspiring learning environments and supporting children’s development through high-quality education and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, implementing and evaluating engaging educational programs that support each child’s individual learning, development and wellbeing.

- Creating purposeful learning environments that encourage curiosity, confidence, creativity and exploration.

- Building strong and respectful relationships with children and families through meaningful partnerships.





- Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional educational outcomes and a positive learning experience for every child.

- Applying intentional teaching practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards.

- Contributing to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

We are looking for educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and who share our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

You will have:

- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification).

- A recognised Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) for ECT opportunities.

- Current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.

- A strong understanding of quality early childhood practice and the National Quality Framework.

- The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- A growth mindset and a genuine desire to continue developing professionally.

- A passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that positively impact children’s lives.
