About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity for a reliable, hands-on all-rounder to join our team on a casual basis.
You'll be the go-to person keeping our office and warehouse running smoothly, jumping in wherever you're needed across the business. No two days will look exactly the same, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety, likes to keep busy and is happy to lend a hand across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration & Data Entry: General administration duties, accurate data entry and keeping day-to-day office tasks on track.
- Customer Support: Assist in handling returns, queries and warranties, delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.
- Stock Receival & Inventory: Assist with stock receival and basic inventory control.
- Departmental Support:
Fill in across departments when team members are away.
- Communication: Answer phones and manage communication between teams and stores.
- Supplies & Ordering: Order office supplies, stationery, groceries and warehouse supplies.
