Nuflow Australasia Pty Ltd is a market leader in no‑dig pipe relining technology, operating on the Gold Coast since 2004. We manufacture patented products and support a franchise network across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join our Molendinar team.
About the Role
In this hands‑on role, you will assist with the manufacturing of pipe‑relining materials and resins, ensuring all work meets strict ISO 9001 quality standards. You’ll also support warehousing and dispatch operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and liaise with the Manufacturing Manager and Supervisor
- Manufacture pipe‑relining materials, including epoxy resins, felt liners and rubber bladders
- Ensure all work complies with ISO 9001 quality assurance standards
- Safely handle chemicals in line with WHS procedures
- Perform general warehousing duties
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Inspect and receive incoming goods and materials
- Use basic hand tools (table welder, drills, pallet strapping equipment, etc.)
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and personal protective equipment
Essential Criteria
- Strong attention to detail, especially when performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Strong teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to safely lift up to 30kg
- Reliable transport and consistent punctuality
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- Able to work autonomously when required
- Mechanically minded (experience with hand tools preferred but not essential)
Desirable
- Current forklift licence
Pay & Conditions
This position is covered under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2010.
Hourly rate: $30 – $34 per hour (experience dependent).
