About The Wilton

The Wilton at Bingara Gorge is located in the stunning surroundings of Bingara Gorge Golf Course. It features a family-friendly bistro and bar, a spacious outdoor kids’ play area, an inviting beer garden, dedicated sports bar, verandah overlooking the Golf Course and premium facilities for special events and celebrations.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and capable 2IC to support the Licensee in the day‑to‑day operation of The Wilton. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring the venue runs smoothly, the team performs at its best, and guests enjoy consistently exceptional experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with and supporting the Licensee across all aspects of venue operations

- Ensuring the team executes opening and closing procedures effectively

- Maintaining high standards of venue presentation and service delivery

- Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism

- Coaching, training, and developing team members across bar, bistro, and floor

- Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive team culture

- Work with licensee on recruitment and induction of venue staff

- Ensuring all legal, licensing, and company policies are understood and upheld

What is needed to be successful in this role?





You’re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and leads with confidence, warmth, and integrity. You bring:

- Experience in a similar role within a high‑volume hospitality venue

- Current RSA, RCG, ARCG & First Aid certificates (essential)

- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities

- A proactive, hands‑on approach and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

- Solid understanding of RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue compliance requirements

Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
